How to Use the Insights Section (Sample)
Short pieces live here: one claim backed by a few points. Publish and move on, or turn an X thread into a post.
Insights and the blog share the same system, with separate URLs: the blog lives at /blog/ and insights at /insights/.
The difference is length and style. A blog post is a full derivation or a long essay. An insight is one claim and a few supporting points, a few hundred words at most. For example, a take on a protocol change, or a shift in onchain data worth writing down.
Threads you’ve posted on X also belong here. Tweets sink out of view, while a post can be searched and included in a newsletter. When you convert one, merge the thread into a single argument, add data sources and dates, and link back to the original thread.
I’d suggest every post carry three things:
- The claim, in one sentence
- The evidence, with sources and dates for any data
- What would prove the claim wrong
Looking back after a while, you can check directly whether the call held up.
This post is a placeholder. Delete it when you write your first real insight.
